What has your journey with Prindit looked like over the past 5 years?

We have had many aha moments and insights that have helped us develop as an organization. One of the most important lessons has been that we need to focus on areas where results vary and have a wide distribution within the team, rather than just looking at averages. By reviewing and analyzing different issues within the organization, we have gained a deeper understanding of the dynamics in our work groups and been able to make adjustments.

What benefits have you experienced from using Prindit?

There are several benefits. One is that Prindit creates a natural and continuous follow-up, which has helped us to always be aware of our current status and act proactively. We have also gained a much better understanding of how our work groups function by analyzing different questions. This has led to improved work processes and better collaboration.

Can you tell us more about how the continuous follow-up has helped you?

The ability to continuously follow up on changes, trends, and patterns has been value-creating. It has led to increased transparency and given us the opportunity to act proactively. We can now easily see where we need to make adjustments, which has been very helpful in keeping track of the situation within the organization. It has also been great to have consulting support from Prindit; they have primarily brought positive energy. From interpreting and analyzing results to providing us with tools to find action plans and new perspectives on how we can further develop.

Has it just been a "walk in the park," or have there been challenges?

No, definitely not! But now, with a few years of experience and perspective, many of the challenges have turned into positive insights.

Can you give an example?

There are many—but one example is the challenge of taking the right actions at the right time. Understanding that changes take time, especially when it involves behavioral changes, can lead to frustration when nothing seems to happen, risking the abandonment of a plan. It has been enlightening to pause and notice even small changes in the results.

How would you summarize your 5 years with Prindit?

Prindit has been an effective measure of our work environment and has contributed to our development as an organization.
